In our Lake View Apartments, you can unwind each day while enjoying a wonderful view of nature and the Tiefen See – especially from your own private balcony. These modern suites, located on the lake-facing side of the Wave Hotel on the first, second, or third floor, offer not only spectacular views but also a wide range of premium amenities.
Ranging from 44 to 58 m² in size, these apartments feature a bright, light-filled living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, tasteful designer furniture, and real wood flooring. A dining table, comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, and more provide the level of comfort you’d expect from a true home away from home.
Enjoy restful nights in the separate bedroom with a cozy double bed and spacious wardrobe. The elegant bathroom, adorned with grey natural stone tiles, features a walk-in rainforest shower – the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Just across the street, the beautiful Babelsberg Park is ideal for long, leisurely walks. Water lovers can rent boats at the nearby marina and explore the Tiefen See.
Start your morning with a delicious à la carte breakfast in our bistro or take freshly baked rolls back to your room. Our premium barista coffee ensures the perfect start to your day. In the evening, an excellent Italian restaurant right by the water invites you to indulge in delicious specialties.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Early check-in upon request and subject to availability.
Please note that the reception is staffed until 4:00 PM. If you are unable to arrive before 4:00 PM, a self-check-in terminal is available in the hotel foyer, allowing you to check in at any time. However, we kindly ask you to contact us before 4:00 PM to avoid any potential errors (e.g. incorrect number of guests, name verification, etc.). To check in, you only need the full last name under which the apartment was booked.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Late check-out available upon request and subject to availability.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children aged 7 and above are considered adults.
Children aged 0–6 stay free of charge when sharing the parents’ bed. A baby cot can be provided upon request for a one-time fee of €20.
We do not offer additional rollaway beds. However, almost every apartment includes a sofa bed in the living area, available for an extra charge of €30 per night. All baby cots and sofa beds are subject to availability.
Pets are warmly welcome!
We charge a fee of €20 per night. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
Additional charges are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.
