Our hotel is the perfect choice for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing break – whether as a family, a couple, or with your dog. Just across the street lies the stunning Babelsberg Park, ideal for scenic walks. At the marina in Schiffbauergasse, you can rent a boat and explore the Tiefen See.
In the morning, we’ll treat you to an à la carte breakfast in our bistro – or, if you prefer, take freshly baked rolls up to your room. Let our barista coffee brighten your day. In the evening, we recommend a fantastic Italian restaurant located right on the water.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Early check-in upon request and subject to availability.
Please note that the reception is staffed until 4:00 PM. If you are unable to arrive before 4:00 PM, a self-check-in terminal is available in the hotel foyer, allowing you to check in at any time. However, we kindly ask you to contact us before 4:00 PM to avoid any potential errors (e.g. incorrect number of guests, name verification, etc.). To check in, you only need the full last name under which the apartment was booked.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Late check-out available upon request and subject to availability.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children aged 7 and above are considered adults.
Children aged 0–6 stay free of charge when sharing the parents’ bed. A baby cot can be provided upon request for a one-time fee of €20.
We do not offer additional rollaway beds. However, almost every apartment includes a sofa bed in the living area, available for an extra charge of €30 per night. All baby cots and sofa beds are subject to availability.
Pets are warmly welcome!
We charge a fee of €20 per night. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
Additional charges are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.
