Our Standard Apartments, located between the first and third floors and ranging in size from 44 to 58 m², offer a partial lake view from the balcony and are ideal for a short getaway in Potsdam.
These stylishly furnished apartments feature designer furniture, panoramic windows, and real wood flooring. The bright living area includes a dining table, a sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, and even a dishwasher – providing all the comforts of home. A walk-in rainforest shower set in elegant grey natural stone tiles transforms the modern bathroom into your personal wellness retreat.

Our hotel is the perfect choice for families, couples, and holidaymakers seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. Dogs are also very welcome! Just across the street, the beautiful Babelsberg Park invites you to enjoy relaxing walks. In nearby Schiffbauergasse, you can rent boats and explore the Tiefen See.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Early check-in upon request and subject to availability.
Please note that the reception is staffed until 4:00 PM. If you are unable to arrive before 4:00 PM, a self-check-in terminal is available in the hotel foyer, allowing you to check in at any time. However, we kindly ask you to contact us before 4:00 PM to avoid any potential errors (e.g. incorrect number of guests, name verification, etc.). To check in, you only need the full last name under which the apartment was booked.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Late check-out available upon request and subject to availability.
Children of all ages are warmly welcome at the Wave.
Children aged 0 to 2 years stay free of charge when sharing their parents’ bed. A baby cot is available on request and subject to availability. A one-time fee of €20 applies.
For children aged 3 to 12 years, we charge an additional €25 per night.
Children aged 13 and over are considered adults.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide additional extra beds. However, each apartment features a sofa bed in the living area, which can be used as an additional sleeping option.
Pets are warmly welcome!
We charge a fee of €20 per night. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
Additional charges are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.
